Today's Inspiration

Flickr

This is a stretch of Scotland Heights I haven't reached yet because it's still too far for my 30 minute out-and-backs. It's not too long before I get back to the Williams Gap loop, which put's me on this stretch where I can see the countryside all the way up to the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Wow - what motivation to get "long" again. It works, by the by. I hit my stretch of road I've been aiming for a couple weeks ago, and felt great.

Good luck.

I really can't wait to open up to the longer runs. Those are the truly satisfying ones for me--especially because the scenery gets better and better.

Beautiful -- that IS an inspiration to run farther, I'm sure.
